The Motherlode Co. Farmers Market is a vibrant weekly event starting Friday, September 19, 2025, at the intersection of Highway 12 & 26 in Valley Springs. Our mission is to support local producers, strengthen the region's economy, and celebrate the creativity and passion of our community.

 

We’re looking for reliable vendors who can supply high-quality products, demonstrate passion for their craft, and meet compliance requirements. Whether you’re a farmer, artisan, young entrepreneur, or someone offering family-friendly activities, we’d love to have you join us!

 

Key Highlights:

Market Details: Fridays, 4 PM - 8 PM and/or Saturdays 10 AM - 2 PM starting September 19, 2025 ending November, 8, 2025.
Vendor Fee: $20 per booth per event date.
Fairness Policy: Fees may be adjusted or waived for extreme weather or emergencies.
Compliance: Necessary licenses for selling products are required.

We’re looking for local artisans, businesses & entrepreneurs who want to showcase their prouducts in our marketplace. If you’re interested in becoming a part of our community, here’s what we’re looking for:

Local: Are you or your business based within the Motherlode region (Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Mariposa, Nevada, Placer, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, or Yuba Counties)?

Reliable Supply: Do you have the capacity to meet the demand for your products?

Active Participation: Are you able to regularly refresh and update your offerings? Can you stay responsive to our team via phone or email to address customer requests or stocking needs?

Passion & Quality: Does your love shine through in your products? We want to feature items that reflect genuine passion and quality.

Compliance: Do you hold all necessary licenses for selling your products (if applicable)?
